The art must be returned in its original carton box with filling material.

All documents such as invoice and certificate must be in the box when returning.

Due to the rush at the shipping companies, it can sometimes be that the order is delivered later.

All products are handmade. Small imperfections may appear and fading of colors is possible, this is inherent to the product.
